Ingredients: Cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked triticale, barley grits, yellow corn meal, millet meal, rice semolina, buckwheat grits, durum grits, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.
Instructions: Stir in one cup of cereal to six cups boiling water in an uncovered saucepan, and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 25-30 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve plain or with added milk or yogurt.
One cup makes 4 servings.
