Falafel is perfect whether served on its own or in a pita with all of the traditional fixings. These ones are vegan and gluten free. They are a good source of protein, cook quickly and taste delicious.
Ingredients: Chickpeas, Water, Sunflower Oil, Chickpea Flour, Potato Flakes (potatoes, mono and diclycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid), Baking Powder, Salt, Garlic, Onion Powder, Dextrose, Dextrin, Chicory Root (Inulin), Powdered Cellulose, Spices
Preparation: Preheat oven to 400F, bake on baking sheet on middle rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
