This mix makes delicious, gluten-free hot cereal. Nutritious Black Rice offers a low glycemic index, low sodium, anti-inflammatory properties, and a balance of carbohydrates and protein. It is easy to digest and excellent for diabetic and celiac diets.

Stovetop Instructions: Bring one cup of water to a boil, and whisk in 1/4 cup of cereal mix. Simmer for 30 seconds, stir, and let stand for one minute.

Ingredients: White and Black Rice, Sugars (brown sugar, cane sugar), Maple Flavour (dextrose, natural flavour), Stevia Leaf Extract.
