Rice Protein Pancakes, Blueberry

These fluffy rice protein pancakes are a blend of black & white rice flour.  Made with all-natural ingredients, the Vanilla-Blueberry pancakes boast 24 grams of plant-based protein per serving. The combination of pea and brown rice protein is easy to digest, high in amino acids, and has anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.

Made by Grindstone Blends in a state-of-the-art gluten-free manufacturing plant in London, Ontario.

Stovetop Instructions: Mix 1/2 cup of mix with one egg and 1/8 cup of water. Whisk for 30 seconds. Cook in a greased pan for 30 seconds on each side. Makes 3-4 pancakes.
