Just want to give a big shout out to Great Lakes Refill Co. The customer service is stellar every time I go in there. I believe it was the owner that helped me out the other day. I had questions about hygiene products with more natural ingredients and she directed me toward the best facial moisturizer I’ve ever used. Bonus: it’s made in Quebec and they use ingredients grown on their farm to make it. So many amazing products to choose from without unnecessary packaging!

This place is so great for so many reasons! It is so beautiful, clean and simple inside. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience in the store recently looking for face moisturizer. I couldn't have asked for better staff helping me load up my reusable containers!! Variety of products available including bulk food, household products, cosmetics and more. Highly recommend this store!

First time visiting the store today on my birthday and I was IMPRESSED. I'd gone there to check into a scent of Routine deodorant I wanted to smell before buying. Can't express how much I love that you can get a refill of natural products here for a fraction of the cost for buying another wasteful package that's going to end up in landfill. Went for The Curator. Left with some absolutely amazing smelling soap. Already used it for hand washing and a shower and I am HOOKED.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell and were happy to make recommendations without being pushy or annoying like some other "natural product" stores that shall remain nameless.

Absolutely will be frequenting this store from now on! <3
